"Voice of Citizens - ePetition" is a portal where every adult citizen of Montenegro or a foreigner with permanent residence in our country can submit or vote for an electronic petition related to a specific area of work of the Government of Montenegro. Every petition that receives the support of at least 3,000 citizens within 60 days will be transformed into a formal initiative by the responsible ministry and submitted to the Government for consideration. The aim of the service is to enable citizens in a simple way to help the Government with their constructive initiatives in the exercise of constitutional competence in the best interest of all citizens of Montenegro.
