"Voice of Citizens - ePetition" is a portal where every adult citizen of Montenegro or a foreigner with permanent residence in our country can submit or vote for an electronic petition related to a specific area of work of the Government of Montenegro. Every petition that receives the support of at least 3,000 citizens within 60 days will be transformed into a formal initiative by the responsible ministry and submitted to the Government for consideration. The goal of "Voice of Citizens - ePetition" is to enable citizens, in a simple way, to assist the Government with their constructive initiatives in fulfilling constitutional responsibilities in a manner that serves the best interests of all citizens of Montenegro.
